If you need to remotely enter WALK mode on your Globalpetfinder and it is currently in TRACK mode: Simply log in to the Command Center and click the "WALK" button.
Please only click these buttons once, as multiple commands can slow down the Globalpetfinder's response.
What to do if you get "you have been logged out due to inactivity" or "session expired" when trying to use the command center:
This issue is usually caused by customers using the AOL web browser. An easy fix is to minimize AOL and open up another web browser such as Internet Explorer. If you are not using the AOL browser, try lowering your browser security settings.
How to move the center of a fence to more accurately represent the boundaries of your property:
If, when you enter your address to create a fence, the computer places the center of your house directly on the street, and your house is really set back off the street or positioned more toward the back of your property, you can make any adjustment. Moving the fence is as simple as clicking where you want the new center of the fence to be. When you are creating a fence, after you enter in your address and hit next, GlobalPetFinder will show you a preview of the fence you have set on the right, from this screen you can click anywhere on the map to re-center the location of your fence. Once this is done, click finish and your fence is created. This process might change the actual address to something other than what you have entered in, but disregard this change as the new address calculated is what the satellite understands to be the proper address of the fence you have set.
